Get 6 Pack Abs With LL Cool J

At first glance LL Cool J's book Platinum Workout looks like a repeat of all the information you've seen in books like Body for Life, The Abs Diet, 6 Weeks To A Hollywood Body, and tons of other books available online. LL talks about the benefits of 6 small meals a day, interval cardio, getting adequate sleep, making good food choices, and all the stuff you know you should be doing but probably aren't.

What makes LL's book standout from all the others and a great tool for shedding fat and getting fit is his no-nonsense approach to periodization, healthy eating, and back to basics training. LL starts with a kitchen makeover, nutrition lesson, plus a week of healthy eating and diet journaling to prepare you for the work ahead. He then takes you through 4 different phases of a workout plan all meant to improve endurance, boost strength, add muscle, burn fat, then sculpt all that sexy muscle that's left. He explains what you're doing and why during every phase and provides great fat loss, motivation, and nutrition tips throughout. If you're a beginner you start with phase one. If you're intermediate or advanced you can begin at a later phase and still get amazing results. He even offers an additional 4 week program for women who need to get fit fast. Week 1 featured below:

To get started with week 1 of the 4 week program for women just follow the circuit training routine below and do it on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Perform 3 sets of 15 of all exercises then rest and repeat the circuit two more times.

Circuit training routine

Get the book and get the entire 4 week plan or the more intense full plan. It's a great back to basics, no-nonsense workout program that works.
