Find The Reason
There are reasons why people cheat and re-gain weight (cheating refers to both eating unhealthy and avoiding exercise). When it happens your job is to find out why. Are you bored, fatigued, stressed, pressured, deprived, lonely, traveling, on new medications? Evaluate any changes in your life and make notes. It's possible that a recent change in your schedule, relationship, or health is contributing to your behavior. It's easy to want to continue doing the same thing day in and day out for the same reaons. It's what's gotten you where you are but maybe the key to long term results is new goals, new challenges, new twists, new attitudes, and new experiences. Think about what you would like to be able to do with your new body and set new goals that will help you get there. The more you embrace new challenges the faster you will get results.

When you cheat it's important to detox for both physical and psychological reasons. Your body and digestive system will function better if you cleanse it and your mind will view it as a fresh start. The best ways to do this is to go on a raw food detox. It's great for people who need to infuse body with nutrients that are missing from their diets and also great for those who have difficulty giving up food.
