Caron Latch Hook Rug Kits include a color coded canvas, color key and chart for using the yarn, instructions and enough pre-cut acrylic yarn to finish the rug.

Instructions include diagrams showing how to use your latch hook tool and directions for latch hooking and finishing your rug. Finishing instructions include directions for binding your rug, and how to finish your rug into a wall hanging or pillow.

Sizes range from 8 inches X 8 inches to 34 inches X 50 inches (20.3 centimeters X 20.3 centimeters to 86.4 centimeters X 127 centimeters).
There are also kits for 18 inch (45.7 centimeter) and 24 inch (61 centimeter) diameter rugs.

Caron currently offers five different types of kits: Shaggy, Caron Classics, Krafty Kids, Natura and WonderArt.

Caring for your rug:
Latch hook rugs are not machine washable. Caron Latch Hook Rugs can be dry cleaned or hand washed using a mild detergent. Lay flat to dry.

You’ll need to purchase your own rug hook and binding.

I’ve purchased Caron Latch Hook Rug Kits at my local discount and craft stores. I like rug kits because they come with a pattern and all the pre-cut yarn you need to finish the project.
