1. Cut Calories The Easy Way
Tom Venuto author of Burn The Fat explains that cutting calories is key to fatloss no matter what type of diet you're on and there are various ways you can do this. You can avoid sugar and alcohol, you can lower your fat intake, you can cut back on carbs, or you can count calories. One of the easiest ways to cut calories is to eat what you normally eat but leave 2-3 bites at every meal. Over time that adds up and you don't feel deprived or like you're dieting. Do this over a 3 week period and you'll have a bikini body without much effort.
2. Switch Out Your Cardio
Your body is used to whatever you do all the time and it needs a big shock to start burning more fat. Do the complete opposite of what you normally do for a couple of weeks then after that mix it up so you're doing a bit of everything. For example if you do 10-20 min. intervals then 30-40 minutes of uphill hiking or walking. If you love that 90 min. spinning class then try a 45 minute kickboxing video. If you like 60 minute treadmill runs try 40 minutes of uphill biking or trail running. Change will cause your body to work harder and increase fatloss. After a week or two mix it up even more with all types of cardio. This is a much easier and fun formula for spring break fatloss.
