This time out, I have an erotic romance, which is actually erotica, for you: Charlene Teglia's Satisfaction Guaranteed (St. Martin's Griffin). This is a collection of three related novellas, all centered around a fantasy dating agency where the Alpha male captures his matched partner for some dedicated pleasure. Chase Hunter owns the agency but has never participated in a capture of a client, but he's about to with Rachel Law, who turns out to be his perfect match. Kane Woods and Sabrina Daniels meet up in her pirate fantasy, which shouldn't last beyond a couple days, and she shouldn't find out his real identity before their time is over. And Gage Michaels wants his wife back, and he'll do anything to manage that, including capturing Emma Michaels for a bit of uninterrupted pleasure. If you pick this one up expecting erotica with a little romance, you'll be in good shape. If you pick it up expecting full-blown romance with steamy sex, you'd be in for a disappointment. This one is definitely in the former category, though I will say the romance in this one is far better than in her last book. But it's still erotica. If you need a break from romance reading, or are looking for something to liven up your own romantic life, this might be just what you're looking for. I didn't find it a keeper, but it was a pleasant enough way to spend an afternoon. However, since it doesn't have nearly enough romance to suit me, I can't use our regular rating system on this one.
