Project Working Mom: Putting Education to Work is a project from eLearners.com that addresses the barriers of time, money and confidence that are often associated with moms returning to school by raising awareness, aggregating support for a solution and serving as a resource for working moms to pursue their educational dreams.

eLearners.com has partnered with Walden, DeVry, American InterContinental Universities, and Walden University to give away $2 million dollars in scholarships to working moms. It's a great initiative that has been extremely well received and featured on Lifetime TV, CBS, FOX, NY Daily News and more.

Project Working Mom: Putting Education to Work allows eLearners.com to be a catalyst for communities to come together to help establish much-needed resources for the working mother population by establishing:

• An online resource center for moms to find camaraderie, information, scholarships, advice and other resources to facilitate educational pursuits
  
• A political agenda to raise federal awareness and financial aid
  
• A support and scholarship effort leveraging eLearners.com’s contacts with the higher education community
  
• Partnerships with Oprah.com and USAToday.com to showcase triumphant success stories and increase the awareness of online education opportunities
  
• A thought leadership group to provide direction and rally support
