Vegetables (optional), sliced thick

Japanese Barbeque Sauce recipe:
Soy sauce
Sake or White wine
Sugar
Grated apple
Grated garlic
Grated onion
Sesame oil
Sesame seed
Honey
Lemon juice

Directions:
To make Japanese Barbeque we first have to make the sauce, put either wine or sake whichever you prefer to use, would still make your Japanese Barbeque delicious, next put it to heat and when it boils add your soy sauce, sugar, honey, with your grated apple, garlic, and onion.
Later reduce the heat to low, then occasionally stir contents of the pot and let it simmer for about 10 mins, then remove it from heat.

Next add the lemon juice, sesame oil and sesame seed, make sure you stir and mix properly. Now we are done with the sauce, next we prepare the main course, which is our Japanese Barbeque.

To prepare the Japanese Barbeque, first place the beef in a bowl with about 4 table spoons of the sauce, and let the sauce marinate in the meat for about 30 mins, in the mean time set the rest of the sauce aside, so that it can be used later as our dipping sauce.

Next, arrange the marinated beef slices on the grill, cook until its well-done then arrange your vegetables, alongside the meat and also cook together. other popular choices that can go with meat are Onions, green pepper, broccoli, mushrooms, and even pre-boiled potatoes .

Now to the mouth watering part, once the beef and vegetables are cooked, remove from the grill and place on a large plate, pour some of the remaining sauce from earlier on, into a small bowl for dipping and thats it, your Japanese barbeque is ready!

Note:
Its now obvious that Japanese Barbeque is very easy to make, remember that unused portions such as the Japanese Barbeque sauce, are not thrown away but can be reused because it can be refrigerated for up to 3 weeks.

Don't forget that the most important part of any Japanese barbeque, is "the dip" so always dip both the beef and vegetables into the sauce before eating, also if you want to get another better taste, definately try your Japanese barbeque with rice. I hope to get more of your delicious comments, enjoy!
