Price: The Maxx Daddy was $119.99 plus UPS Standard Shipping $36.02 ($156.01). I also got dinged a $57 charge from UPS for a brokerage fee because it was addressed to BellaOnline instead of to me (my fault) and because it came by air. This isn't a complaint, just be aware if you live outside the US.
Comments: Throughout the ordering and delivery process I was sent email updates on the item's location which is helpful and also comforting to any Internet shopper. My parcel arrived a week later. Actually, I was shocked at how quickly it came. These chairs come with a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship on the steel tubing and plastic components. A 60 day warranty against defects in materials and workmanship on fabric and stitching. Obviously, any damage caused by wear and tear, weather, neglect etc is not covered.
Satisfaction: Exceptionally high! It seems like a lot of money to pay for a "beach" type chair but it truly is awesome. It is heavy construction and incredibly comfortable. It was perfect for when we went RVing. I ate, read and slept in it with no problem. After three weeks of daily use it was still in perfect condition. I did take it to a Jazz festival and learned the hard way that a chair that is 25 lbs is fine if you are going short distances but if you have to hike it anywhere it's a bit hefty especially on a hot day. The chair is incredibly comfortable and easy to set up. I also felt incredibly safe sitting and lounging in it. I'm very happy with this purchase and highly recommend it for anyone who does any kind of camping, RVing or if you just hang out pool side in your back yard or someone else's (have chair will travel). And it's a dang pretty chair!
