Prayer

Prayer can help us to feel better when we are not feeling well. It can help us to become strong and focused on what we need to do to heal our life. Many studies have found the connection between prayer and healing.

When seriously ill people prayed for healing and strength, they had a higher rate of recovering from illness. The patients that did not pray or have a source of spiritual guidance and belief, this group was slower to recover from serious illness. In both religious and medical institutions, prayer is regarded as healing.

When you are experiencing stress, or difficulty dealing with negative forces in your life, try prayer as something you do to heal. Prayer enacts a protection to surround our body and mind so that negative elements cannot harm you. Prayer makes us feel better as it heals. Prayers can be simple conversations with God and or a higher power. They can be just a few words or many, whichever feels enjoyable to you.
