S'more Lasagna

Greek Salad

Make these delicious campfire treats in the oven.

Ingredients

1 box Graham crackers
1 bag marshmallows
semi- or bittersweet chocolate in chunks or squares or you can use milk chocolate


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 500F.
2. Line a large casserole dish with a layer of graham crackers. Sprinkle with chopped chocolate or chocolate chips, then cover with marshmallows. Repeat process with another layer on top.
3. Place in the oven for 6 minutes, until browned, melted and very gooey.

Makes 12 servings

Serve these at your Halloween Hoedown or Fall Party.
