November is here and we are rapidly moving towards the end of the year or should I say the beginning of next. With so much happening: the economy being impacted; a new president on the verge; and the social, emotional and spiritual climate, as we know it, shifting, I think it's truly time to reflect, count our many blessings and continue the process of moving forward with our health resolutions and the support systems we'll need to have in place to accomplish them.
In our "How to Start A Health Resolution" article we made mention of starting early on our New Year's Resolutions. The reason for this is that we want to set ourselves up for success.
From articles to forum posts and the stuff in between like ebooks, online courses, videos, chats, tweets and the like, I'm dedicated to helping and seeing you succeed in your goals to live healthy and happy lives. That's a simple enough list to start with, I hope, and we'll continue to painlessly build from there.
Check out the vegetarian forum in the coming weeks to see what the Health Resolution post has in it. There will be a lot of dialogue and troubleshooting going on. I'm excited and can hardly wait to see all of the positive results that come of this movement. So please, by all means, be active and give as much input as you can. It'll help you and others.
