1/2 cup finely chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
Preparation - Cut and peel the orange. Remove any seeds. Place half the cranberries and half the orange sections in a food processor. Chop coarsely. Pour into a bowl. Repeat with remaining cranberries and orange sections. Add to bowl, then stir in the remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Chill at least 2 or 3 hours before serving.
