Have you ever had a recurring dream that seemed like something more? Have you ever met someone or walked through a house that felt familiar but couldn't place why?

It can happen a number of ways, visiting an open house, while being introduced to a friend at a party, or even passing through a town on vacation. That overwhelming sensation we’ve, somehow, been there or known somebody we couldn’t possibly. Hours and even days later those same haunting feelings remain.

Normally past life memories are something we have little or no memory of. But sometimes a particular person, place or object can trigger a memory inadvertently.

For people who experience this, it's clear to them, though it doesn’t seem to help the argument of whether or not we have past lives, why the details are something that can be best left behind. It changes the perception of just about everything. And, if you’ve ever woken from an emotional dream, you too have had a glimpse as to what happens when two worlds collide.

Because we will usually incarnate with people we have known from other life periods before, it can be difficult seeing your husband, wife or mother as the child we once had or pickpocket we chased down an alley that ended our life. On the other hand, remembering portions of a past life through regression or life reading can release some troubling fears or bad habits from a current life by presenting an explaination as to why we have that habit to begin with.

Above all, if you are going to do past life work, it’s important to remember the significance of this one and why you are here. We are equipped with the higher conscious (a bridge between the physical world and window to our soul) and it understands this.

Progression or regression can occur through any life time, whether we bring one from the past forward or discount the one we’re in. Timing, especially in this instance seems to be everything
