Feeling out of touch with the Halloween spirit? Indulge in the following "magic potion" and you'll awaken your sparkling and playful mood.
What You'll Need:
(Tip: find these products at any natural foods store)
Dry Ingredients
- 1/4 C. Coarse Sea Salt (color optional)
- 1 C. Baking Soda
- 1/2 C. Citric Acid
- 1/4 C. Corn Starch
- 1/4 C. Powdered Buttermilk (or non-fat milk or powdered milk substitute)
Liquid Ingredients
- 6 drops Orange Essential Oil
- 5 drops Grapefruit Essential Oil
- 4 drops Bergamot or Mandarin Essential Oil
- 1 1/4 TBSP. Fractionated Coconut Oil
- 1 1/4 TBSP. Glycerin
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients and mix well. Shake liquid ingredients to emulsion in a capped jar. Drizzle over dry ingredients, incorporating fully. The finished mix should be moldable. Shape into balls with your hands and then let them air dry for 24 hours. Throw one or two into your hot bath and indulge in the fragrant and refreshing aroma.
