Beer & Food Pavilion at the GABF 2009

The Great American Beer Festival 2009 Beer and Food Pavilion demonstrates that food shows draw big crowds, whether on the Food Channel or in the Great Hall of the Colorado Convention Center surrounded by beer. As part of the Great American Beer School, this educational segment builds a passion for local food, craft beer, and the tricks and tips that merge the two together in zestful cuisine. Expert chefs, brewmasters and authors from across the country feel honored when asked to present demos in this smoke-glassed room in the center of the festival floor. Festival patrons get to taste the delectable creations, paired with select beers. Take a peek into the 2009 Beer and Food Pavilion Photo Gallery to whet your own appetite for “what good is.”
