Preparation - Saute onion and garlic in vegetable oil over medium heat until onion is tender. Add beef broth, rice, and soy sauce . Bring to a boil. Stir, then cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed. Stir in green onions, bell pepper and sesame seeds. Cover and let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve.
