Salmon Cakes

Salmon Cakes

  • 1 - 7 1/2 oz. can pink salmon, drained and flaked
  • 1/3 cup cracker crumbs - saltines
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 2 T. chopped onion
  • 2 T. milk
  • 1 T. lemon juice
  • 2 T. vegetable oil

Preparation -
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except oil; mix well. Shape salmon mixture into 4 patties. Add oil to skillet; saute patties on both sides until golden brown and heated through.
