Especially during the cooler months and holidays when we‘re exposed to less sun and situations we wouldn‘t normally be, it’s easy to become overwhelmed short term let alone long term in what it is we want in life. Energy work can bypass sluggishness and other negative influences, keeping us on track for what we have in mind for the coming year!
Have you ever looked back in your life and noticed a certain person that made all the difference in the world? They may have been in and out like a wink but still were addictive to be around. These are the people that have coined the understanding, “Less by consequence, than design.”
Some areas and times for that matter, come with them, the added benefit of what I refer to as, RTPD (Real-Time Perspective Disorder.”©).
Family, holidays and finances are often just the ones to be careful of, as not to fall into the numbing pattern of forever knowing what to expect. With Energy Work, we can be steered out of any troubling waters while keeping it that way at the same time!
Everything good that has ever happened in our lives is due to some form of inspiration. A life in the death of inspiration is a bit like a field of daisies without their sun. If we’re uninspired, people, places and equally dysfunctional situations simply have a way of finding us at every turn.
To begin Energy Work, asses your mission. With one sentence, what would you like to change in your life? The statement should also end with a positive, like, “I want to be working in a field I enjoy.”
Next, “clear” your deck! We are literally our company’s keeper. Whether you feel the pressure of pleasing a crowd of standing room only or so lonely dust bunnies are fruitful forms of entertainment, the type of audience we keep is a joint venture. If you want functional outcomes, you’re going to need functional and realistic people.
Once your course has been set and your working area cleared, protecting your ship becomes the next form of transportation.
Attaching to a higher source of light and vibration, elevates the same light and vibration of our own. It would be the same thing as plugging a lamp into an electric socket.
Envisioning something inspirational, such as the intrinsic works of the ocean or infiniteness of the stars. You, are a part of that same force, thus you too have the power to create. Sit with that thought, at least, three times a day in 5 minute intervals or every time a negative thought passes your way.
By committing to a healthy dose of Energy Work each day allows the valuable resources we cultivate, to sustain us between what we have to give and what we need for ourselves to sustain the life we dream!
