There are so many things out there, that whether youíre personally trying to grasp what intuition consists of or are just curious as to what it is when coincidences find you again and again, sometimes just the simplest explanation and adjustments can go a long way in dealing with your sensitive side!
If you're sensitive or have someone close to you that is, one of the things I can personally attest to is that not only are you going to feel like an emotional rollercoaster yourself, but youíll probably find at times, that it's really frustrating explaining away whatís going on let alone dealing with it.
The most helpful thing, if youíre sensitive, you can do for yourself is, quit questioning what you feel. If anyone is going to pull the wool over your eyes, one of the safest bets there is, is that it isnít going to be you.
If you already understand that youíre sensitive, then you probably know yourself well enough to assess just how much of what youíre feeling is your mind playing tricks on you. If you truly donít, then a good place to start would be to keep a journal with dates, times, names, or any other details that come through, including dreams. It will really keep your sanity in check!
Something else to consider is your environment. Because my husband and I travel, I am not usually around a great deal of other peopleís emotions. When we do stop at a travel center or visit friends and especially large groups of people, it takes a long time to adjust. If youíd like to understand what itís like, sit in your car and turn the radio up to volume 58 and hit the automatic station scanner on the AM channel. Turn the volume down to around 6 and then back up to 58 again. Imagine that for the minimum of an hour or so, all the way up to 4 or 5 hours depending on the situation and the people involved. This is why so many clairvoyants and psychics can end up turning to self-medicating or simply resign to a reclusive lifestyle.
If you have a negative spouse or live with dysfunctional people, it can be done, but youíre going to have even more loud energy around you and the emotional toll can be greater. You'll want to keep up with your meditations and protective techniques and if possible have a work space all your own
With just a few little tweaks here and there, it really is amazing how far the simplest explanations can go in easing the life of a sensitive. And remember, if you canít believe your own feelings, thereís simply going to be a greater stretch to the imagination in expecting anyone else to either.
