Ingredients:

12 cups of popcorn (I made a bag of Pop Secret 100 calorie microwave popcorn)

1 tablespoon vanilla
1/2 cup chocolate melts

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
2. Make popcorn according to instructions of your popcorn choice.
3. Place popcorn in a large mixing bowl.
4. Remove any kernels that did not pop.
5. In a saucepan over low heat combine sugar, butter, and corn syrup.
6. Once it starts to bubble remove from heat and add vanilla.
7. Immediately pour over popcorn.
8. Spread popcorn onto a greased cookie sheet.
9. Bake for 30 minutes, stir it every 10 minutes.
10. After the popcorn is done baking melt chocolate melts over a double boiler.
11. Drizzle chocolate over popcorn and allow it time to cool and set.

Note: I prefer chocolate melts found at candy and craft supply stores because of how easy it melts. You can use chocolate chips instead but you will need to add shortening or vegetable oil to get it to a drizzling consistency.

Enjoy and sweeten the soul with chocolate!
