It is probably no surprise to people who are Pro-Choice, that people who are open about it, or do some sort of work regarding it, put up with a lot of judgment. I am no exception. It does not dissuade me, it fuels me more. Ignorance should not be bliss. Ignorance should become knowledge.

I am not saying anyone has to change their beliefs, or agree with everything someone else feels, but even on the two sides of Pro-Choice and Anti-Choice, there are two sides. Choice is not a one size fits all decision.
Others also should not judge it.

One of the places where you can share your experiences, on either side, is OurTruths.org. It is a site where they pride themselves on being a “judgment free zone” for women to share their stories with one another.

Before the website,they were the first group to publish a bilingual abortion magazine in the United States.

Their intentions are to transform the myths of abortion, and allow women to share their stories with one another from all over the world.

Founded in Mexico City in 2004 by Emily Louise Barcklow, Our truths magazine would go on to be printed twice a year in English and Spanish, by Exhale, a public education project.

It is donors, partners, and allies of Exhale who distribute the magazine.

On the amazing website OurTruths.org, you can download the publication free. It is also available for purchase either individually or in large quantities.

You can tell your story, read others, or get many valuable post abortion resources, including:

Post abortion resources for health providers, post abortive women, and their partners, as well as health, safety, and pregnancy resources.

You can even send an e-card to a woman you know has recently had an abortion. An invaluable tool for those who cannot find the right words.

Post abortive women, need support and love, just like any other human being who has suffered through a difficult decision and loss.

You are also able to sign up for their e-news via their website.

These women do not need anyone else’s judgment, it is a tough enough thing to go through, without being left alone and shunned.
