salad with oil / vinegar - 0.5g
grilled salmon - 0g
steamed cauliflower - 1.5g
Dessert -
1/2 cup raspberries - 3g
Quick, easy, and delicious! Also only 7.7g *total* meaning you can add a lot more to this one if you want.
It's important to remember that low carb NEVER has to be hard. It's not about complex dishes or intricate counting. It's about eating healthy. Don't resort to McDonalds fries or pop-tarts. If you do just a little bit of planning, to have your pantries full of healthy foods, it becomes super easy to grab one of those and eat it when you're hungry.
