Lodge Seasoned Cast Iron Fish Pan
This long, deep pan from Lodge is sized to fit whole fish. Use it for baking or roasting in the oven or over a campfire. In addition to cooking fish, you can also use for chicken or vegetables. Unlike other cookware pieces, cast iron is prized for its ability to heat evenly and retain the heat so your food browns perfectly. Slow simmering roasts, stews and soups depend on the heat retention that cast iron offers. And crispy-crusted cornbread just doesn't happen without cast iron.
