You go, Goddess-girl!



In the forever evolving fitness revolution, Bellydancing is becoming one of the quickest growing sub-cultures in that revolution. One incredible addition to that genre is “The Goddess Workout with Dolphin – Introduction to Bellydance”.


What’s enjoyable from this workout is the beautiful scenery, most of it enhanced with outdoor elements and décor. The music is soothing & hypnotic as well. Dolphina, a bellydancer since age four, exhibits beauty, charm & grace…all that is the art of bellydancing. It is apparent that her love for the dance is deep rooted and genuine. She is also certified in Sivananda Yoga. Those Yoga elements also come out in this workout.



Dolphina starts out the workout with a 5 minute warm up to get the mind, body & spirit ready for an empowering journey to follow. Breathing, focus and positive affirmations are a part of this experience as well.



Next Dolphina takes us into a 30 minute workout, targeting specific parts of the body. The Abs and hip work were my favorites. You will definitely feel the burn all over. The shimmies make you feel good all over and are amazingly fun!


As if this workout couldn’t be any more fun already, Dolphina includes a dance routine of all the movements that were included in the workout. Bringing all of those elements together in an actual mini dance routine was like the icing on the cake.


As always, you gotta cool it down. After this 5 minute session you just might be energized enough to do the whole thing over! As the title suggests, you will definitely be left feeling like a Goddess. I really liked this workout because the cardio is just right and there was little to no strain on the joins (knees, for example). This workout is designed to give you an energizing workout that will increase your flexibility, contour and tone your body while having fun.

Dolphina had various costume changes in this 50 minute that were beautiful and full of color. Dolphina’s workout series includes: “Veils”, a 25-minute workout for the arms and upper body; “Finger Cymbals”, a 25-minute routine showing you how to make your own music with finger cymbals and “Warrior Goddess”, a 50-minute advanced level bellydance workout. All workouts have the soundtracks available as well.
