Crockpot Taco Soup

Crockpot Taco Soup
  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small onion - chopped
  • 2 cans corn
  • 2 cans red kidney beans, pinto beans or a combination
  • 3 cans stewed tomatoes
  • 1-1/2 cups water
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix
  • 1 packet ranch dip mix

Preparation -
In a skillet, saute the ground beef and onion until lightly browned. Place the mixture in a crock-pot. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Set the crock-pot on low and cook for 6 to 7 hours. Serve with tortilla chips.
