Frozen Pineapple Pops

Frozen Pineapple Pops Recipe

  • 1/2 cup canned crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 can (6 oz) frozen pineapple juice concentrate (thawed)
  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 6 small paper cups
  • plastic wrap
  • wooden popsicle sticks, available at craft shops

Preparation -
Drain the juice from the can of crushed pineapple. Place 1/2 cup drained crushed pineapple, the thawed pineapple juice concentrate, and the yogurt in a mixing bowl. Stir the ingredients together. Spoon the mixture into the paper cups, filling them almost to the top. Place a small piece of plastic wrap over the top of each cup. Poke a hole in the centere of the plastic wrap and insert a popsicle stick in the center of each one. Place the filled cups in the freezer for at least 2 hours or until the pops are frozen solid. To eat, remove the plastic wrap and peel away the paper cup. Enjoy!
