Tuna Salad Recipe Start with a can of tuna and create a tempting tuna salad. - 2 cans chunk light tuna in water (6-3/4 oz. ea.)
- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
- 3 hard boiled eggs - finely chopped
- 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
- 1 small onion - finely chopped (optional)
- 3/4 cup mayonaisse (light or fat-free mayo is okay)
Preparation - Drain the water from the cans of tuna. In a large mixing bowl, combine the tuna with the remaining ingredients and mix until very well blended. |
