In this weeks column are three Indian cuisine recipes I think you will love.
Indian Broiled Chicken
Mustard Greens with Spinach
Samosas The Mustard Greens and Samosa recipes are from chef Madhur Jaffrey. All of her recipes are phenominal.
These three dishes are wonderful by themselves or when served as a full meal. My favorite is the Samosa recipe, which is a spicy vegetable filled pastry. These flaky pastry treats are just delicious. If you have had them in Indian restaurants you know they are filled with well seasoned potatoes, peas and onion.
The Mustard Greens with Spinach is great served as a side dish but super when the Indian Broiled Chicken is placed on a bed of this tasty green vegetable mix.
Beer, tea, or milk-based drinks are good with foods of India.
