Baked Nachos

Baked Nachos

  • tortilla chips - 8 oz. bag
  • 1/2 cup refired beans
  • 1/2 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeno peppers
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes - diced
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese - shredded
  • 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese - shredded
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup salsa - any variety
  • 1/2 cup guacamole - optional

Preparation -
Spread an even layer of torilla chips in a 9" baking pan. Pour cheese sauce and beans over chips, spreading to cover evenly. Top with jalapeno slices, olives, onions, and tomatoes. Top with cheese.

Bake in a preheated 400º oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with sour cream, salsa and guacamole(optional).
