Ham & Cauliflower Au Gratin

Ham & Cauliflower Au Gratin

  • 4 cups small cauliflower florets, cooked tender-crisp
  • 1-1/2 cups cooked ham - cubed
  • 1 can cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2/3 cup Bisquick® baking mix
  • 2 T. butter
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Preparation -
Spray a shallow baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Arrange the cauliflower in the dish. Scatter the ham on top. Mix the soup and milk together until smooth. Pour over the cauliflower and ham. In a mixing bowl, combine the baking mix, shredded cheddar cheese, butter, and nutmeg. Mix together until crumbly. Scatter the crumb mixture on top of the other ingredients. Bake in a preheated oven at 400º for 25 to 30 minutes or until the topping is golden brown.
