Cucumber dill dressing with garlic, dill and a heafty bit of dry mustard moves this dipping treat far above those bland cucumber dressings. Good with raw veggies but great with toasted pita bread also.


1 medium sized cucumber seeded, peeled and very finely chopped

1 pint plain yogurt

1/2 tsp Dill weed

1/8 tsp Garlic powder

1 1/2 tsp dry mustard or 2 tsp Dijon mustard

Salt and Pepper to taste

Drain and dry cucumber mix into remaining ingredients. Chill 2 to 3 hours.

Serves 6 to 8
