Most people have at one time or another wanted a glimpse of something other than that of what is considered normal sensory (or visual). Be it, information from a relative parting us, a loved one &/or child separated from us: Curiosity, definitive validation or the mere skeptic wanting proof of something. There is always searching
My personal belief is, this is a God given sense and should be treated with the greatest amount of care, love, respect and balance. Individuals seeking guidance without going overboard allows for an ability, which plays a great part in a person’s transformation and aids in the ability to further their spirited journeys.
A mother suddenly feels an uncomfortable sensation like a pinprick in the back of her neck or possibly an uncomfortable feeling around her stomach area. You might not get a visual; however you may be inclined to reach for a phone at a dinner party to make sure things are o.k. The whereabouts of children are an especially keen sense of clairvoyant directive. Maybe while you are getting ready in the morning you could have a feeling that your usual route to work will cause nothing but a headache (and it doesn’t count if your just dreading work that morning…). A person who has awareness to this kind of sense will notice these sorts/kinds of things happening more and more. Follow your instincts next time. Working with clairvoyance is a part of our lives and can make life a tad more workable. Like a toolbox, if you utilize everything inside the box and not just the screwdrivers (such as myself) you might be surprised. I am trying to learn a tool a week…
If you want to try your hand at clairvoyance, this exercise may help you to get started. Lay on the couch or sit in a chair comfortably. Try some simple breathing exercises (breath in slowly while counting to 10. Breathe out slowly counting to 10). Do this exercise for 5 min. or so if you can squeeze it in. Picture someone you care about, with whom you can verify what you saw in your mind. The idea behind the exercise is to slow your physical mind/body down to a proportion of entry for visual energies to enter. These are just some of the examples. If you can get this one down it’s fabulous for enforcing curfews.
