Abdominal Pain
Guest Author - Moss Greene

Some women experience spasmodic cramp-like pain in their lower abdomen during the later stages of pregnancy. It usually occurs when one is changing position. For example, when standing up or rolling over from side to side. Other than using a heat pad or hot water bottle for some temporary relief, there’s not much else that can be done. Pain killers are useless as well as harmful. So just try to get as comfortable as possible. Remember, it will be over soon and it will all be worth it once your baby is born.
