Guest Author - Vanette (Vannie) Ryanes

Citrus iced tea is a refreshing change from your standard punch bowl drink. Garnish with mint leaves and orange slices. This is excellent if you are serving spicy chicken wings or other hot or spicy foods.

12 cups ice cold strong tea

3/4 cup sugar

1 1/2 cups ice cold grapefruit juice

3 cups ice cold orange juice

1 orange sliced thinly for garnish

Fresh mint for garnish
