Friends

One of my favorite quotes is written by Henry David Thoreau, "Friends cherish one another's hopes. They are kind to one another's dreams." This is a beautiful explanation of what friendship is. Healthy friendship is a blessing that falls into place naturally when we allow it.

Spend time with people that love and care about you. Move close to healthy love. Healthy love leads to peace. Move close to positive people that lift your spirit. Pleasant interactions are healing. Spend time with people you enjoy being with. Spend time with friends. Friends create good feelings. Friends have a magical way of making you laugh and feel happy. Laughing is a natural healer.

Friends are healing. In a healthy relationship you feel comfortable to talk to someone. Talking with a friend about things on your mind will help you to feel better and relax. Friends dissolve anxiety. Friends help you to see the positive.

Friends are inspiring. Talking with a friend will lift your spirit. True friends that love you give the best advice. Friends let you see the good in yourself, and they encourage you to take care of yourself. Friends remind that when you take care of your mind and body, you will be able to be there for others from a place of genuine love and caring.

Friendship is simple. Just smile, say hi and be kind to someone. Relax and allow a good person into your life. Be positive. Be supportive and be open to receiving support. Be someone that lifts the spirit of others. A friend that heals the spirit is a blessing. Remember someone that is healing for you. Spend time with someone that makes you feel good. Be with someone that honors your spirit. Trust your feelings.

You deserve to be with people that appreciate you. Remember that you have friends that love and care about you. Be positive with yourself and others. Do things that will heal a relationship when necessary. Visualize a positive outcome. Seeing something in your mind as possible, will allow it to happen spiritually and in life. Remember what you appreciate about the people in your life. Take care of your friends and let them take care of you for health and happiness.
