Simply Rich Ice-creamery Ice Cream
3 quarts non-dairy creamer Coffee-mate ® (liquid)
3 cups sugar
1 tsp. salt
4 tsp. vanilla
Mix all ingredients together. Heat on low temperature until sugar is dissolved. Chill in refrigerator until cold. Pour in a 4-quart churn. Churn until frozen. Chipped fresh fruit or crushed drained pineapple may be added if desired.
