All Recipes: Tried & True Thanksgiving & Christmas top 200 recipes a review

This cookbook is a collection of recipes from the community of cooks who gather at Allrecipes.com. The focus is on Thanksgiving and Christmas meals and the preparation of them. Starting with the first few pages these folks help you get organized for the holiday events beginning a month in advance and walking you through with tips and suggestions as you get closer to, through and after the holidays.

The menu suggestions offered are old-fashioned turkey dinner, Cajun turkey dinner, prime rib feast, holiday ham dinner, roast duck, holiday cocktail party, caroling party and holiday brunch in which each include organizing tips, suggestions and recipes to help your holiday run smoothly. They haven't left out the basics either! There is a whole section on cooking basics with step-by-step instructions and hints, tips and "secrets" to making each dish a success.

From Christmas Stollen to Easy Herb Roasted Turkey to Marbled Pumpkin Cheesecake you will find recipes to suit your taste. They have candy, cookies, stuffing's, main dishes and much more. They even have a section devoted to gifts from the kitchen that you can make and give away. What could be better than a gift made by you? This is definitely another book I would recommend to cover your holiday needs. It would make a great gift for that graduating senior or young couple!
