Belly Pleasers Cookbook compiled by Clockwatchers, Inc. a review

All the recipes in the cookbook are also on the website but if you want a hard copy to keep in case of computer problems this cookbook is only $5.95 US.

This cookbook is jam packed with "Belly Pleasers" as the title says. It is a soft cover/spiral bound book with a Teddybear cook on the cover. Different teddybear graphics reside on the dividing pages throughout the book. The sections include Appetizers/Beverages, Soups/Salads, Vegetables, Main Dishes, Breads/Rolls, Desserts and Miscellaneous. Therer is a page for listing favorite recipes and more note pages in the back to write on.

You will also find tables for various food quantities for large servings, a spice & herb guide, equivalent, substitution and oven charts and more information.

Recipes in this book include Coconut Shrimp, Goulash with Cheese, Southern Spoon rolls, Chocolate Coconut Bars, Saucy Sausage Sandwiches, Stuffed Vegetables, Pizza Potatoes and many more. There are some very good sauces under "Miscellaneous" including a Thick Hot Fudge Sauce, Fresh Tomato Sauce, Stir-Fry Sauce and more.
