This cookbook, published by Morris Press, is a wonderful padded hard bound book with a 3-ring binder for easy page turning. It was started as a project to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of Home On The Range and ballooned into a first place finish in a national cookbook contest which was followed by national recognition of the original "Home On The Range" home for troubled and homeless youth. Proceeds from the purchases of this book go to support this great work. To learn more about Home On The Range please visit their site.
