From books to theater, film to TV, Mills has done it all. Born in London, England, during what her father described as one of the worst air-raids of the war, Mills was quickly thrust into the glamorous world her parents had become accustomed to as public figures. At 11 weeks of age, Juliet made her first appearance in films in the WWII naval drama In Which We Serve (1942), which starred her father, John, and one of her godparents Noel Coward. From early on, she demonstrated a tremendous desire to become an actress. At age 7, she landed the role of Little Polly in The History of Mr. Polly (1949), after convincing her father that she'd be perfect for the part. Although Mills childhood may seem far from the norm, she did have the traditional English upbringing, with the usual education boarding schools. At age 9 she attended ballet school for eight years Mills appeared nude in the film Avanti! (1972) she has lent her voice to over 15 audio books ran a 10k race in 48 minutes a few years ago has recently tried snowboarding appeared on psychic now defunct show BEYOND, where the spirit Josh Ryan Evans (Timmy, PASSIONS) made an appearance author of Mind, Body & Soul in Balance (2001) She is very ticklish and don't like being tickled. She thinks it is torture.
Her and her family worked together once, actually twice. We were in a "Love Boat" together, but it was three separate stories (my father, my sister and me in separate stories on the same show). But the real time her and Hailey worked together was when they did a play written by Noel Coward called "Fallen Angels." It's about these two middle-aged women who had the same lover when they were younger. And he's coming back into town and the two sisters sit around waiting for him and they get more and more drunk as the evening goes on. They did that for over a year as they took the show on tour to Australia and England. So that was the main time she worked with Hailey and they plan to do it again. it gets funnier as they get older, actually. Not only is Mills a big believer in the afterlife, but also in reincarnation .Mills traces her beliefs back to her childhood. "I was brought up believing it without talking about it, just knowing it. I was born in a house that was built in the 15th century. You can't be so vain as to think it's all about you this one time. It goes on and on. Mills traces her beliefs back to her childhood. I thought I wanted to be a dancer, but eight years of ballet cured me of that."I knew I had supernatural power, and then when I got my audition script it said I was talking to a 'little person.' I said, 'So, who is this little person? Am I talking to a leprechaun?' They didn't tell me anything about a doll." talking about her PASSIONS audition,
"Josh is still here among us, I feel him around me sometimes when I'm on the set especially in Tabitha's house. Josh was a magical little character, and I know he will remain with me forever."
