Forest Blend Mushrooms - A delicious collection of Shtake, Bolete, Porcini, Oyster, Sliced Shitake and Wood Ear Mushrooms all dried and combined to give you the perfect blend of mushrooms to add a savory earthy flavor to any dish.




Rocky Mountain Herb Blend - An aromatic blend that is great on steaks and also works well in soups, casseroles, meatloaf and on vegetables. Sprinkle it in sauces for a flavorful treat!




Montreal Steak Seasoning - The Rocky Mountain version of this classic seasoning enhances the flavors of the steaks! Try it on ribs, pork chops, lamb, veal, it's an all- around good blend and will be a favorite.




Ancho Chile - Traditionally used in sauces and moles, this rich chile is a dried Poblano. A great addition to any kitchen and would make it so easy to make an Ancho/Lime mayonnaise, Ancho butter or Ancho Ketchup! Not too hot, just right!



Chipotle Powder - A dried and smoked Morita Chile, the Chipotle Chile has a deep smoke flavor with tones of chocolate and tobacco. Use this as you would any other chile powder! We like it in chili, soups, and stews ourselves.. It adds a flavorful taste to them.

Citrus Cajun - This has a delightful, rich aroma! Great with chicken or soups and sauces! A sweet, fruity kick in this blend will wake up your senses and give your taste buds a treat.
