This beef stir fry recipe makes quick and tasty Saturday lunch.
1 lb. lean beef (thinly sliced strips)
1 large green pepper seeded and cut into strips
1 medium white onion (medium slices)
1 small chopped chili pepper
2 tblspn grapeseed oil
2 cloves chopped garlic
2 tblspn sweet chili sauce
Heat oil in wok or deep frying pan. Quickly sear beef over high heat until almost done. Lower heat and remove beef to a bowl. Bring heat to medium and toss green pepper and onion in pan and cook for 5 or 6 minutes. Add chili pepper, garlic, chili sauce and return beef to pan. Continue cooking covered for 5 more minutes. Serve is over rice or noodles with a side vegetable of steamed snow peas.
