Perfect Rib Rub Spice Rub & Glaze - This Southern-style BBQ Rub is a mix of brown sugar, chili powder, hot peppers, thyme, celery seed, salt, onion and cayenne. Recipe included for Perfect Baby Back Ribs, use as a dry rub for amazing Pulled Pork or make a glaze for ham, chicken or pork chops. Another tasty treat on chicken and ribs!

Iko-Iko New Orleans Style Spice Rub & Dip Mix - A flavorful Creole blend with garlic, onion, paprika, celery, hot peppers and a touch of lemon. More flavor than a cajun seasoning, has the pleasant heat of cayenne, bold enough for steaks and chops and delicate enough to season fish and vegetables. You will love this blend! This was delicious as a dip also. Your guests will enjoy this and only you will know the secret.
