And now they're offering women plus size rings in 10, 11 and 12. They want to make "it convenient for plus size women to shop for the hottest trends in jewellery at affordable prices." Part of their custom service and flexibility as a jewellery retailer is becoming involved in customer wants and desires. While they try to offer the hottest jewellery trends they also encourage their customers to contact them with their design requests and ideas.

Au-Co says, "We go the extra mile for our customers." Their website even has a Live Chat feature where you can contact a live personal shopper. I tried this feature out and it's really cool. They come across very courteous and helpful. Someone is available to respond to questions within seconds during 8am-6pm PST. Some of the questions they get asked about involve availability of product, order status, shopping advice and product info.

The website is easy to shop. Items can be viewed by department, collection or price (scroll down to the end of the content table for the shop by price tab. I'm very fond of the Charles Winston styles both in cut and colours. There's a special heading just for his designs so check them out!

The international shipping is a bit hefty. So you may want to get your friends together for a Emitations' party of sorts and order at the same time to save on shipping costs.
