Blarney Stone Oat Bread

This bread machine recipe makes a hearty Irish bread with a chewy texture.

• 1 cup old-fashioned oats
• 1-1/4 cups milk
• 1 egg
• 1-1/2 T. butter
• 3 T. honey
• 3 cups bread flour
• 1-1/2 tsp. salt
• 1-1/2 tsp. active dry yeast

Preparation -
Place all the ingredients in the bread machine pan, in the order recommneded in the bread machine owner's manual. Set the bread machine to white bread and light crust settings.
