Living the I Am by Cassandra Nwosu

Guest Author - Dianne Rosena Jones

Living the I Am by Cassandra Nwosu is an insightful look at everyday life and how each of us can take the daily lessons we learn and use them to tap into our higher consciousness and become more aware of who we are being in every moment of our lives.

The book is a compilation of different stories and experiences that lead the author to a heightened awareness of who she was being in each scenario. It brings the reader into a new awareness that life is interactive and we determine whether our actions or reactions contribute to the positive or the negative. It’s a reminder that the Laws of Cause and Effect apply to every interaction that we have, whether it’s with loved ones or co-workers.

By the conclusion of the book the reader is well on his/her way to self- mastery. Mastering self means living life from the consciousness of “I Am”, as oppose to focusing on who everyone else is being in any given moment. It’s an eye opening look at a different way to process this journey called life.

Living life with this level of awareness will frighten some because many have lived their entire lives operating from the victim consciousness. However, with this quick introduction to conscious living the reader is gently persuaded to shift his/her thinking and take full responsibility for who he/she is being and who they wish to become. New awareness in weaved in between each and every story from the chapters: Control Freak, The Blame Game, Release Resistance, Relating in Relationships, and I Approve of Myself, to Little Miss Understood.

Living the I Am is a great read for anyone trying to understand the connection between who we are being in the World and who we are to become. It awakens us to the fact that nothing just happens and we are not innocence bystanders sitting on the sidelines of life. We are active participates in life, whether we are sleep walking through life or fully awake, learning to master self, is totally up to us. We can all strive to be more consciously aware by Living the I Am.
