The Best Social Graphic Sizes
Just a little while ago, the only concern about social graphics was to use the correct size for the header and profile graphics. Back then, all the posts were basically text based. Now, that these social networks have become extremely visual, the optimum size for your blog post graphics are also important. You will find cheat sheets and articles about these optimum sizes all over the web. Of course for each article, you must weed through an intro about the increasing importance of these images. And to be even more frustrating, not all articles agree on the optimal sizes for these graphics.
I won't make you read another introduction about why these images increase your clicks and retweets. When it comes to online graphics generators, Canva and PicMonkey seem to be the top two. As you would expect, they do not agree but let's see what they suggest for the optimal post graphic size for the most popular social sites.

If you have Photoshop or another graphic software, you might want to create a blank template in each size for each of these social sites that you use. It doesn't need to be a complex template. Just include all the design elements that you wish to include on every graphic, such as your blog/company name, logo and url. If you wish to go a little further, you can create more styled templates by including your favorite or branded fonts, color palette, photo filters/effects and layouts.
If you don't have a graphic software, there are several template based websites especially for creating social graphics. As mentioned above, there is PicMonkey and Canva. You might also wish to check out relaythat.com, designfeed.io, spark.adobe.com and befunky.com.
