Berry Orange Smoothie

Berry Orange Smoothie

Strawberries, blueberries and orange juice make this fruit smoothie very tasty and very healthy!

  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt, regular or low-fat
  • 6 to 8 ice cubes

Preparation -
Place the berries, orange juice, and yogurt in the blender container and process until the fruit is pureed and mixture is well-blended. Add the ice cubes and process on high speed until the ice is completely crushed and the drink is smooth and creamy. Makes 2 smoothies, about 12 ounces each.
