Fresh Tomato & Mozzarella Salad

Fresh Tomato & Mozzarella Salad

This tomato salad is extra delicious when made with freshly picked summer tomatoes!

2 large fresh tomatoes
1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
3 T. chopped fresh basil
2 T. olive oil

Preparation -
Thinly slice the tomatoes. Layer the sliced tomatoes in a circle on a dinner plate. Sprinkle the shredded Mozzarella cheese on top, then the chopped fresh basil, then the olive oil. Serve immediately.
