Inns For All Seasons Cookbook

Inns For All Seasons is offered by the Bed & Breakfast Association of Arkansas and is a delightful hard back book with comb binding and divided indexed pages.

The cookbook sections are divided into regions in Arkansas and the index tabbed pages have the region mapped out and list the Bed & Breakfasts in that area that are members of the BBAA. Inside each index tabbed page there is a list of attrations for that area. The sections include historic and general information and logo, b&w photograph or drawn graphic of each Bed & Breakfast listed and great tried and true recipes throughout.

Some of the mouthwatering recipes you'll find within this cookbook include: Sherried Chicken and Peppers, Mediterranean Grilled Tuna, Fruit and Nut Crescents, Caramel Nut Brownies, 3 Cheese Quiche, Grilled Salmon with Lavender and Basil, Linzer Torte, Raisin Sauce for Ham, Tortilla Strata, Molten Chocolate Cake with Frudge Sauce, Golden Wedding Punch, Double Chocolate Banana Muffins, Pina Colada Bread, Scotch Eggs, Lemon Scones, Blue Cheese Cheesecake, Southern Scalloped Pineapple, Taffy Apple Salad, Cheese Wafers and many more.

This is a great cookbook and the online website has a listing of many more B&B cookbooks. You can see the list by Clicking here. They also offer links to locate a B & B and a contest online where you can win two free nights.. How cool is that!

Inns for All Seasons has over 130 recipes in 158 pages and you can get a copy by visiting the Bed & Breakfast Association of Arkansas and clicking on Cookbooks and Recipes. You can also click on the regional directories listed above for information about each member b&b. Don't forget to check out the free recipes they have online there as well.

NOTE: They only have about 100 of these cookbooks left and probably will be getting together another one soon. Don't miss this one. :)
